  • Mentors will remain with their matched students throughout the event, providing guidance and support across all activities, except when stepping away for demo preparation and presentations.
  • Demonstrators are invited to enjoy refreshments at PPC #210 between 3:30–4:30 PM.
  • As a token of appreciation, lab presenters will receive a $100 UBC Food Gift Card, and mentors will receive a $200 UBC Food Gift Card. Please pick up your thank-you gift from Cindy Wong, BPI Administrator, on the event day, or arrange pickup by emailing her at cindy.wong@ubc.ca.
