Ultramicrotome: cryo-ultramicrotome for cutting frozen samples for the Tokuyasu technique for immunolabelling, and for high-pressure frozen samples for cryo-electron microscopy for vitreous sections. FC7 cryo-chamber maintains the temperatures as low as -160C
