Dr. Feng Jiang is pioneering the development of a biodegradable packing foam called "Biofoam” in collaboration with the Wet’suwet’en First Nation band, repurposing wood waste to combat plastic pollution.
Dr. Madjid Mohseni will provide insights from his impactful work with the Lhoosk’uz Dené community, where he engineered a scalable water treatment system to ensure access to clean drinking water for villagers.
Dr. Danielle Ignace, a Coeur d’Alene tribe member, is an expert ecophysiologist committed to communicating science, specializing in how global changes impact ecosystems and Indigenous communities.
