Orange Shirt Day Intergenerational March 2024
September 30, 2024, 11:30 am to 3:00 pm
ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us on September 30th to honour and support Survivors and intergenerational Survivors of the Indian residential school system, and to remember those who never returned home. Led by the Faculties of Applied Science, Forestry, and Land & Food Systems, this march offers the UBC community a chance to come together in solidarity.
The BPI team will gather at the Pulp & Paper Centre at 11:30 AM and walk together to the main event. We're giving away 15 orange t-shirts on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Click here to check out the design. Winners will be contacted by September 27th.
Let’s walk together in support of truth, reconciliation, and healing.
