We are thrilled to introduce Ariane as the newest member of our EDI.I (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Intersectionality) Committee. With her impressive background and dedication to creating positive change, Ariane will bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to the team.
Currently pursuing her PhD in Wood Science, Ariane's research focus lies in developing nanocellulose-stabilized emulsion systems for dental applications. Under the guidance of Dr. Cranston and in collaboration with Dr. Adriana Manso from UBC Dentistry, she is making remarkable strides in her field.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Ariane's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion is truly inspiring. As a member of the EDI.I committee, she aims to learn from others and contribute to building a community that embraces diversity wholeheartedly. Ariane recognizes the importance of addressing and eliminating discrimination and bias in all its forms, and she actively seeks to amplify the voices of those who are often underrepresented or unheard.
We are confident that Ariane's unique perspective, coupled with her unwavering dedication, will significantly contribute to our collective efforts in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment here at BPI. Please join us in warmly welcoming Ariane to the EDI.I committee. We look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly make within our organization and beyond.
Welcome, Ariane!
